Take a moment to read My Toronto - My Story, the story of David Crighton's career illustrating Toronto. You can't make this stuff up!

Creemore(from Irish, meaning "big heart") is a former village, now part of Clearview Township, located in Simcoe County, Ontario, Canada.Creemore has a vibrant small business community and is the home to Creemore Springs Brewery. The microbrewery was acquired by Molson's on April 22, 2005.

Crightonism: I drove through Creemore on my way to Collingwood and had a fine meal at Chez Michel. Taking a walk-about before hand it occurred to me to take some photos with the possible intention of making an illustration of this charming little community. When I saw the photos later it was obvious that the effort would be worth my time and it was a pleasure to put this vignette on paper.
